This position is accountable for all tactical development aspects of an e-Business application development project.  The candidate must have experience implementing successful development projects using Java and web application technologies.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to understand and analyze requirements and translate those requirements into an appropriate implementation.
• Follow, enforce and contribute to methodologies and standards during application development including coding, testing, deploying, integrating and maintaining web applications.
• Responsible for technical quality including unit and functional testing.
• Ability to excel at communicating with customers, teammates, and other areas in the organization.
• Coordinates with Project Managers on all activities and deliverables to meet implementation time frames.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Ability to analyze and quickly learn an existing system in order to make modifications or enhancements.
