Job Description:
 
  • Able to handle multiple set of client accounts on daily basis.
  • Attending query mails & taking relevant action.
  • Able to identify opportunity for process improvements
  • Accounting and Client data management
  • Ability to meet a set of defined productivity measurements
 
 
Skills Required:
  Graduate (prefer from Finance background) else a Diploma holder with 10+3
  Minimum of 1 year experience in email support & knowledge of MS Access
  Excellent Communications verbal and written
  Possess strong customer service skills with ability to achieve client satisfaction.
  Typing speed around 35 wpm, Innovative & Quick learner
     
SHIFT HOURS: US shifts / Must be flexible to work evenings & nights
